Xtatic - the band people

Bandleader - Paul Carmichael. Bassist, composer, producer. Has run the band for 12years. Career has included recording groundbreaking album with Allan Holdsworth (IOU) in 1980, several tours in Europe with Jazz-Rock luminaries, such as Ian Carr, Jon Hiseman, Manu Dubango. Throughout the next 10 years, recorded countless recording sessions for TV and radio. Spent much of the nineties working in the West End on shows such as Les Miserables, Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat, Grease, Moby Dick, Just So, Dory Previn. His own instrumental jazz-latin band has featured at the Ealing Jazz Festival for 5 years.

Playing Live is the buzz. Xtatic keeps that philosophy alive and kicking!

Xtatic uses the best around. Many musicians are in other bands, that are touring, or working on recording projects. Fortunately, our teams mean that we always have a great band, and the feeling is fresh, and vibrant. Xtatic band-members, might change over time, but its energy and professionalism never diminshes. Each musician contributes his or her style to the sound of the band. Their credits include bands such as Beverly Knight, Van Morrison, Imagination, ABC, Incognito, Razorlight, Curiosity Killed the Cat, Lulu, Steve Winwood.

KEVIN LEO - One of Londons finest singers, also runs a Vocal coaching school and has had his own new single out.

KIM CHANDLER - one of Londons finest singers, much in demand session singer.

IAN HARRISON - one of the most phenomenal vocal ranges in London
